Huge source of GNSS info . .
2nd October 2008 |
The Civil GPS Service Interface Committee (CGSIC) has published all the papers from its recent international meeting. They represent the state of play of GPS, GLONASS and Galileo, as well as a huge range of associated facilities and projects.
CGSIC is the worldwide forum for interaction between civil GPS users and US GPS authorities. It was established to identify civil GPS user needs - for positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) - in support of the US Department of Transportation's 'Outreach' programme.
The Committee meets twice a year under the management of the US Coast Guard's Navigation Centre; the UK representative is Institute Vice-President Prof Terry Moore of IESSG, University of Nottingham.
