Space weather - your views
The UK Met Office is seeking users' views on the provision of solar flare prediction. Let them know what you would wish to see . .
In the words of the Met Office's Prof David Jackson:
Dear Met Office Space Weather User,
FLARECAST (Flare Likelihood And Region Eruption foreCASTing) is a project funded by the European Union Horizon 2020 programme with the aim of developing a forecasting system that will enhance solar flare prediction.
As part of this project we are seeking insight into how our customers and partners would use such a system, and would be grateful if you would take 5 minutes to complete a short survey by clicking on the button (link) below.
The findings of this survey will help to shape a planned workshop in January 2017, an invitation to which will be issued to you over the coming weeks.
We would be grateful if you could complete the survey by Friday 30th September.
If you experience any problems accessing the link or have any questions on the project, then please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
