US investigators say they have found what they believe may be human remains amid the wreckage of adventurer RIN Fellow Steve Fossett's plane in eastern California.
The Indian government has given the go-ahead for Gagan - the country's satellite-based navigation overlay for air traffic management. The name 'Gagan' is Sanskrit for 'Sky'.
