--NEW--. The President of the RIN expresses his personal views on various navigational matters
The Scottish Branch is one of the RIN's more active branches, with a varied calendar of events for members. The Branch runs a series of approximately four meetings each winter between October and April to cater for the wide-ranging interests of the members and their guests. Within that programme there is usually at least one meeting devoted to a sailing topic and one to aviation. Visits to places of navigational interest are also arranged when the opportunity arises.
