If you are not sure whether you want to join the RIN yet you can apply for "Registered User" status. This costs nothing although you must agree to the terms and conditions and you will be put on the RIN's Mailing List. Registered Users can access some of the RIN's resources and archived reference material and also participate in the general discussion forums.
