The RIN-RMetS Weather and Sailing Conference is an a one day seminar organized by The Royal Institute of Navigation Small Craft Group and The Royal Meteorological Society in conjunction with Hornet Sailing Club. The conference takes the place of a seminar with a speaker programme and time for networking and discussion. The speakers are selected for their particular knowledge and experience in various aspects of the core topics of Navigation and Meteorology and invited to speak on a topic that will be of interest to a broadly-based audience. The seminar will be Chaired by Dr Liz Bentley, the Chief Executive of the Royal Meteorological Society.

Registration Details

Registration for the 2014 meeting, which is to be held at the Hornet Services Sailing Club, Haslar Road, Gosport, Hants, PO12 2AQ between 10:00-16:00 on Saturday 29th November 2014, will open shortly online through the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) website (link below). However, delegates who wish to register by post or email, will be able to download / request a registration form via the RMetS website and return this to the Society.

Ticket Prices (incl. refreshments and lunch)

RIN/RMets/Hornet Services Sailing Club members: £20.00 per head
Non-Members: £30.00 per head.
PLEASE NOTE "Registration closes 26 November 2014 or earlier if the event is fully booked. Due to popularity of past meeting early booking through the RMetS website is recommended."
