His Excellency, Arsenio Dominguez, Panamanian Ambassador to the International Maritime Organization and chair of the IMO’s important Marine Environmental Protection Committee, will provide an outline of the work being undertaken, the future direction of legislation and be able to provide some answers to those and other relevant questions.
