The next RIN Animal Navigation Conference will be held 6-9 April 2011 at Whiteknights Campus, University of Reading, UK

Conference Scope:
* Sensory aspects of orientation and navigation
* Use of clues and cues
* The role of spatial memory in migration and homing
* Genetics of orientation and migration
* Long distance navigation and short distance homing
* The role of learning
* Computer modelling
* Instrumentation and technological developments
* Application of animal navigation techniques (BioNav)

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts should be submitted to the committee via the link below by the 15 September 2010. Notification of provisional acceptance will be given by the 30 October 2010.

COLLABORATING ORGANISATIONS
Several organisations provided grants for RIN08, which, among other
things, enabled students to attend and participate fully in the conference.
One organisation has already offered such support for RIN11; other
sponsorships are invited.
