Multi-constellation simulator

Corporate Member Spirent has launched a new multi-frequency, multi-GNSS RF constellation simulator.

Spirent explains that the GSS9000 produces a comprehensive range of emulated multi-GNSS, multi-frequency RF signals with ultimate class-leading flexibility, coherence, fidelity, performance, accuracy and reliability, offering:

- ultimate flexibility for all testing needs

Signals covered are:
- GPS L1 L2 L5
- Galileo E1 E6 E5ab
- GLONASS L1 L2
- SBAS L1 L5
- BeiDou B1 B2
- QZSS L1 L2 L5

Spirent adds that the GSS9000 provides numerous benefits to all those working in high-end GNSS technology and application development. This includes comprehensive and feature-rich simulation and full control of all aspects of the GNSS operating environment, inherent repeatability and the ability to apply systematic errors and incidents that are impossible to realize using actual satellite signals.
